The Africa Food Prize is the pre-eminent award recognizing extraordinary women, men, and institutions whose outstanding contributions to African agriculture are forging a new era of sustainable food security and economic opportunity.
It is the only prize fund and initiative in the continent that is dedicated solely to agriculture and food systems, and elevating individuals and organisations whose efforts are changing the reality of farming in Africa – from a struggle to survive to a business that thrives.
We are looking for partners such as Nestle, OCP, Olam and Kenya Commercial Bank to seize this opportunity to invest in achievements and innovations that can be replicated across the continent to drive agribusiness, strengthen SME capacity, and create decent livelihoods. This leads to quality living and working environments, better nutrition for Africans and a vital new source of employment and income.
